Stainless Steel Twisted-in-Wire Brush
Twisted-in-wire brushes are made by placing bristles materials in between the stem wires and then twisting the stem wires tightly, which secures the filament. The wire materials used in twisted-in-wire brushes are galvanized steel or stainless steel.
This wisted in wire brushes are made with stainless steel wire 0.15mm twisted with single spiral type, with or without rod as requirement.
Our twisted in wire type tube brush include 3 types:
Single Spiral/Single Stem (2wire)
Single Spiral/Double Stem (4 wire)
Double Spiral/Double Stem (4 wire)
We make twisted in wire brush as required dimensions and materials, brush wire include steel,stainless steel,brass or copper coated wire. We also have abrasive nylon wire used for interior surfaces of tubes,debris or burrs removal from internal non-metallic and metallic surfaces. These are usually made standard size for reference.
