I. Production process
The cylindrical wire brush made of brass coated hard steel wire is produced by winding process. Firstly, high quality brass coated hard steel wire is carefully selected, which has excellent hardness and abrasion resistance. Then, the brass coated hard steel wire is tightly and evenly wound onto a metal mandrel (for shafted products) or according to the requirements of round hole or key way shaft-less design (for shaft-less products) by means of specialized winding equipment. During the whole production process, we rely on high-precision molds and advanced production equipment to strictly control each process, ensuring that the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the roller brushes meet high standards.
