Construction Types

Our industrial cleaning brushes are available in two main configurations:

• Tufted (staple set) brush rollers — Bristle tufts are stapled into a plastic or metal core. Well-suited for general-purpose cleaning, dust removal, and applications requiring precise tuft placement or pattern control.
• Spiral brush rollers — Strip brushes are wound spirally around a steel tube with an arbor hole and keyway, or fitted with a steel spindle. This design delivers a higher-density brush face and more consistent contact, ideal for continuous production line cleaning.

• Nylon — The most common choice for general industrial cleaning, conveyor belts, and food processing
• Polypropylene — Chemical-resistant, suitable for wet or corrosive environments
