Filament are used 1.5mm thick nylon brsitles that are required by customer for heavy duty cleaning.

This type spiral brush rollers can offer the highest possible fill density compared to other roller brush styles eg. tufted/staple set brushes and is available in wide dimension range. Constructed in either electroplated steel or stainless steel backing, spiral strip roller brushes can be configured in close coil, extended coil or chevron formation. High density spirally wound brush strip rollers constructed with synthetic, wire or natural fill materials to suit your application. Supplied in close coil, or extended coil formation complete with mounting shaft.
A comprehensive range of synthetic, wire, natural hair, plant fibre, antistatic and flame retardant fill materials is available to suit all applications from print roll cleaning and glass washing to sweeping, tensioning and concrete texturing. Spiral strip roller brushes can be supplied complete or fitted to customers own shaft.
