The Nylon Spiral Brushes will remove contaminants from the surface and valleys of a wire rope. They also will evenly spread a lubricant if you are manually applying a product.

The use of these nylon spiral brushes allows for cleaning of residues following mechanical de-scaling, prolonging the lifetime of the dies and facilitating the adhesion of the lubricant.
According to the application, Huixi supplied de-scaling spiral brushes are available in different materials: steel, stainless steel and black or white PPL, with a diameter of 30 to 60 mm.
