Flex honing brushes can be made with cut end or with a thread rod.
We make the flex hone brush diameter approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get better polishing effect
because the nylon wire used in the honing brush part is flexible. And we use woodcore to make quite big diameter hone brushes such as 300mm and more.
