Wide Range Use of Twisted Knotted Brush

   Twisted Wire Brushes supplied by HUIXI contain wire twisted wheel brush, wire twisted cup brush and wire knotted bevel brushes. Wire twisted brushes are ideal industrial tools and are widely used in many applications like weld cleaning, heavy flash removal, and rough surface preparation before welding, derusting and surface paint, coating, polishing, remove welds, polish burrs, clean hulls, tanks, tanks and other metals.Huixi supplied twisted wire brushes are made with fabricated of high quality, high fatigue straight tempered wire especially for heavy and severe cleaning applications. 

   Wire Knot brushes can be filled with carbon steel, stainless steel, brass wire, brass coated steel wire in the range from 0.0118″ to 0.040″. The most popular wire sizes are 0.35mm(.014″) and 0.5mm(.020″). Brush diameters range from 76.2mm(3‘‘) to 350mm. Plain round arbor holes from 3/8″ to 1 ¼” are available, as well as a 5/8″-11 threaded arbor hole. Huixi also supply wire knot wheel brushes with standard or customized size and shape keyways. Single layer, double layer, threee layer and four layer wire twisted are available for wheel brushes. Wheel brushes larger than 6" are proposed to mounted on stationary tables, 6‘ and smaller is mounted to stationary installations or attached to portable tools.
