Types of Sanding Brush Rollers

Abrasive nylon brush rollers — Filled with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive nylon wire, these rollers combine the flexibility of nylon with aggressive cutting action. Excellent wear resistance with acid and alkali resistance. Suitable for deburring, surface finishing, and polishing of wood, metal, and composite panels.

Sisal fiber sanding rollers — Made from Mexican natural sisal fiber, these rollers effectively eliminate static electricity generated during high-speed operation, making them ideal for dry sanding environments. Sisal provides a firm yet flexible brush face with good dust removal performance and long service life.

Tampico fiber sanding rollers — Tampico is a softer natural plant fiber that works well for fine polishing and finishing passes. Often combined with sandpaper strips for enhanced abrasion. Suitable for furniture panels and decorative surface applications.

Sandpaper drum brush rollers — Abrasive paper is wrapped or bonded around the brush roller drum, providing a consistent and replaceable sanding surface. Commonly used on wide-belt sanding machines and drum sanders in woodworking production lines.
