Used in industrial wire cleaning polishing



The inward spiral brush is made of strip brush spiraled inverted into a spring shape brush, mostly used in industrial cleaning of wire, rope, chain, tube, pipe, cylinder, etc. to remove the debris, dirt, oil, paint, scales, and other metal surface treatment problems. Our inside spiral brushes have an inside diameter from 0mm to about 200mm. Filaments for inward spiral brush include nylon, polypropylene, brass wire, stainless steel wire, carbon steel wire, copper coated steel wire, abrasive nylon wire, horsehair, hog bristles, Tampico fiber, etc.  Usually used metal backing material is galvanized steel iron, stainless steel backing is also used for some special application in industry such as antirusting and acid and alkali resistant.
