Double Band Steel Wire Strip Brush

Double band strip brushes are one of our feature products used widely in industry. Besides steel wire material, our double band strip brush can be made with a variety of different material for our customers‘ unique applications. Moslty used filament are nylon (PA6, PA66), polypropylene, Tampico fiber, animal hair (horsehair or hog bristle), 304 stainless steel wire, brass wire, copper coated steel wire and abrasive nylon wire according to different requirement on the filament characteristics.



We have standard 8x8 mm, 9x10 mm, 9x12 mm (W*B) band size for use currently and we can custom make it as customer required.  Overall height H comes from 15mm to about 200mm. 
The band materials can be choosed from glvanized steel and stainless steel.
