Our disc brushes — primarily abrasive nylon disc brushes — are engineered for precision deburring, surface conditioning, and polishing of machined metal parts, castings, forgings, and automotive components. The abrasive grit is impregnated throughout each nylon filament, delivering consistent cutting action throughout the full service life of the brush without needing dressing or replacement of a separate abrasive medium.

Abrasive Filament Options

• Silicon carbide (SiC) — The most common abrasive grade for general deburring and surface finishing on aluminum, cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals. Available in multiple grit grades from coarse to fine.
• Aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) — Harder and more durable than SiC for demanding deburring on hardened steels and tough alloys.
• Ceramic grain — Premium abrasive for fine surface conditioning, edge blending, and precision finishing applications where a consistent, controlled surface finish is critical.

Mounting Options

• Arbor hole disc brushes — For mounting on bench grinders, angle grinders, and machining center spindles via a center arbor hole. The most common configuration for industrial deburring applications.
• Stem-mounted disc brushes — Disc brushes fitted with a steel shank for use in electric drills, die grinders, and CNC machining centers. Suitable for deburring in confined areas or on complex part geometries.
• Plastic base disc brushes — Disc brushes with a rigid plastic backing plate for stable, flat-face contact on flat workpiece surfaces.
